Main Missions :
– Explore new market opportunities and strategic partnerships, especially in FMCG, mobility, and other relevant sectors.
– Manage a portfolio of FMCG clients, focusing on customer retention across the distribution chain, including retail stores and traditional sales networks, as well as end-users..
– Recruit partners to offer cashback or digital vouchers through our application.
– Conduct market analysis to identify trends and challenges, converting them into business opportunities. Identify new growth levers and innovate product offerings.
– Drive revenue growth by aligning business development plans with company objectives.
– Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners for long-term collaboration.
– Lead negotiations and secure beneficial contracts with new partners.
– Monitor and report on business development activities and performance.
– Provide feedback and innovative ideas to improve products and services.

Responsibilities :
– Analyze market trends and customer needs to propose solutions.
– Implement prospecting and customer loyalty actions.
– Create presentations and commercial proposals.
– Monitor and adjust sales performance strategies.
– Write regular reports on business development activities and results.
– Stay updated on digital innovations and practices in FMCG and other sectors.
– Understand new markets, identify needs, and adjust Kenz’up’s value proposition for international growth.
– Ensure company results, margins, and growth targets are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications :
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within fintech or financial services.
– Strong understanding of the FMCG market and customer retention strategies.
– Proven track record in sales, negotiation, and closing deals with high-profile clients and partners.
– In-depth knowledge of market trends, challenges, and opportunities in financial services.
– Strategic thinking and effective execution to achieve business objectives.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Strong relationship-building capabilities with customers and partners.
– Analytical skills to identify market opportunities and address customer issues.
– Proficiency in CRM tools and sales techniques.
– Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
